I specialize in the trance healing technique, where I go into a deep meditation to connect with the spirit world, and directly channel that healing energy to you.
The distance between myself and you does not matter, nor do I need to know your diagnosis for energy healing to work — the universe is intelligent and knows what aspects of your physical, emotional, and spiritual world need help.
The healing session works as a portal to the path of your true healing. This requires facing the reasons for your energy imbalances and taking a closer look at your habits, behaviors, thoughts, relationships, lifestyle choices, and whatever else may be impeding your physical and mental health.
PERSONAL DISTANCE ENERGY HEALING
I will call you at your scheduled time and begin each session with a short discussion about your concerns to establish your vibrational frequency. Lay down somewhere calm and comfortable, where you will not be disturbed. Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and relax your body. You might feel tingling or waves of warm energy going through your body, or you might feel nothing. The energy I channel is very calm, usually, all my clients fall asleep during the session.
The most important thing is for you to allow this energy into your life. If you are blocking this energy, nothing will happen - you will just reject it by putting up a wall. Being self-aware and open-minded is essential to your spiritual and emotional journey.

GROUP DISTANCE ENERGY HEALING
Group distance healing sessions are just as powerful as one on one experiences, and I am able to equally divide the energy for each participant. We do not talk on the phone or Skype with one another while the session is happening. No matter where you are, be open to receive, and the frequencies will reach you. During group healing sessions you can choose to partake during the session time, or you can go on with your day as planned.

The seven steps of the program are connected to the seven chakras of your energy centers and is customized based on your needs and goals.
First, we will discuss your goals in life, your lifestyle, and your relationships to determine how these aspects are affecting your physical and mental health.
Then we will make a realistic decluttering plan depending on your available time and size of your space. How long it takes you to finish the program will all hinge on the expectations you set for yourself. I will be your guide throughout the process from start to end.
